How to check if I am registered, or how to retrieve my Member ID?

Can I choose my own Member ID?

No. Member ID is auto generated.

I submitted the registration form but did not get any email.

Sometimes, our email notifications may end up in your spam folder, which is beyond our control. Please check your spam folder and mark the email as “not spam” to ensure future messages from us go directly to your inbox.

I lost/forgot my password.

Click here to retrieve your password.

You will get an email with reset password link. Once you click on the link to confirm, you will receive another email with a temporary password. Once you login, you can update the password to your liking.

Do you store our credit card / debit card details?

No. The payment is process directly by Stripe and the website does not store any of your card information.

How to you process the membership fee?

We use a secure payment platform called Stripe to process your membership fee.

How to review membership?

You will receive an email notification within one month of your membership expiry date. Once the membership has expired, there is a simple process to renew. Login to your member profile page, go to “Subscription” and click on “Renew” button.
